Withdrawal Still Pending?
Before you panic: what actually happens to a 51game withdrawal after you tap confirm.
A pending withdrawal is the most stressful screen in any gaming app. The money is “yours”, but it isn’t in your bank yet, and every refresh shows the same word: processing.
Here’s what’s going on behind that word, and what you can actually do about it.
The path your withdrawal takes
- You place the request — it appears in withdrawal history.
- It’s reviewed: turnover, bank details, account checks.
- The payout is sent by IMPS/UPI.
- Your bank credits it (usually quickly, sometimes later).
The three real reasons withdrawals wait
1. Turnover isn’t finished
This is the big one. If you took a deposit bonus, part of your balance may still be locked behind a turnover rule. The withdraw screen shows a remaining turnover figure — if it isn’t zero, that’s your answer. Our bonus guide explains turnover in more detail.
2. Bank details don’t match
A name spelt differently from your bank record, a wrong IFSC, or a closed account will get the request rejected — and the money returned to your wallet. Double-check under Account → Bank.
3. Plain old bank delay
Even after 51Game sends the payout, banks sometimes take a while to credit it, especially late at night, on Sundays or on bank holidays.

What to send support
One clear message gets answered faster than five angry ones. Send: your registered number, the withdrawal order ID, the time you placed it and a screenshot of the history screen. Contact them only through official in-app support.
